Herbz

Feeling inspired by gardening.

As of yesterday, I have my very own herb garden. Lemon balm, spearmint, rosemary, basil and lavender. Its lovely and smells like heaven. Plan on experimenting with making my own teas.

Something so peaceful about being outside, workin' in the dirt. Nature sounds. I like it. Love the hustle/bustle of city streets... but rural activity is totally therapeutic. Its all part of the balance, i suppose.

Visiting Brunswick Nurseries the other day (Beyond Garden Center.. more like flourishing oasis!) opened my eyes to the beauty of plant life! So many colors, textures, shapes... a whole other type of art form. Picked up a few mini shrubbies that look like coral reef along with my herbs.

New love.
